I’m Vinodh Kadambaraayan, founder of Karma Code™. I bring a filmmaker’s curiosity and an engineer’s approach to a lifelong question: what shapes the way we live?
My journey began with engineering and moved into cinema. I trained in Screen Direction at Central Film School in London, and went on to work across writing, direction, acting, production and action choreography.
Across these worlds, I keep returning to people: their motivations, their contradictions and the patterns behind their choices. Today, that curiosity also informs Karma Code™ — the personalised transformation system I’m building.

Karma Code is a framework for personal reflection and development, informed by traditional knowledge. It is not a clinical diagnostic tool or a guarantee of outcomes.
Alongside building Karma Code, my creative practice spans screenwriting, direction, performance and the craft of bringing stories to the screen.

Worked as part of the direction team on a bilingual production, contributing to the collaborative process of filmmaking across languages.
My debut screenplay was selected through a nationwide call for NFDC’s Screenwriter’s Lab.
